Commentaire : wE HAD THE BEST HOLIDAY WHILST AT YOUR HOTEL. wE WERE THERE FOR THE BASEBALL AND THE LOCATION WAS FANTASTIC. EVERY STAFF MEMBER WAS SO POLITE AND SO WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY AND ALWAYS WITH A SMILE. THE LIFT OPERATOR YOUNG MAN (CANNOT REMEMBER HIS NAME) WAS THE MOST POLITE DELIGHTFUL YOUNG MAN - SEEING HIS SMILING FACE EVERY TIME WE RETURNED TO THE HOTEL WAS JUST GREAT - HE WAS A WONDERFUL ASSET TO YOUR HOTEL. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR STAY WITH YOU AND WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK.

Commentaire : checked in at 6pm and rooms were stil not ready. The excecutive check in on 16th flloor oofer nothign special other than an elvator ride. I have stayed her before an eperience the same issue with checkin -slow very slow and rooms not completed even in evening hour of check in.

Commentaire : This hotel has two outstanding features - the lap swimming pool (hence the "excellent" rating on facilities), and its location. The rooms are big and the views excellent. I have stayed here many times.
Sound insulation is good unless there is a connecting door.

Commentaire : The so called- 'superior rooms' are smelly and unclean; the Ac's do not work optimally- leading to room heating.
No Minibar facility- only empty refrigerator!!

Commentaire : I booked Executive Club room and upgraded to Grand Executive room for F.O.C.
Generally, the hotel is good.
However, the lif/elevator service is very poor. We had to wait for more than 2 minutes on average for lif/elevator.

Commentaire : Safe and Comfortable. Great location, near several shopping centres and right next to FX Mall.
The executive club room has tell-tale signs of being recently renovated and is reasonably well-kept, however the shower drain was clogged on the first night but was fixed upon calling housekeeping. The executive club lounge is nothing to shout about but for that price, can't really complain.
I did chance upon two cockroaches in the bathroom on the second night but it didn't bother me much as you could tell the bathroom was actually clean. There was also some disruption to the cable channels on the second day, most probably a temporary glitch.
I will definitely stay there again but I would probably try the deluxe rooms the next time.

Commentaire : The location of the hotel is great, it is near good shoping-malls and Senayan Staduim., those were good for me because I can go jogging there..By the way, the hotel is quite old and its room is just OK.

Commentaire : the room was much too dark. I had trouble getting enough light to read in bed. The bathroom fixtures need to be replaced which would make it a much nicer hotel room.
