Commentaire : We were extremely excited to be upgraded to a Junior Suite room. The only improvement that could be made with the service is perhaps a more in-depth knowledge of the Turin card, given that it is sold at the hotel counter. Every other aspect was wonderful.

Commentaire : Everything almost was excellent and your staff in particular very kind and helpful.
Two negative things. 1) the coffee. As a 5 star hotel in Italy you can offer worst quality and taste from a simple bar. Unfortunately the worst coffee I have ever drunk in Italy. 2) Your spa centre although very nice and very new it was cold. The water in the pool was cool instead of warm and in the shower with the herbal steam the water is becoming warm very late but never very warm. The temperature in the hall was very a bit chilled as the doors in the entrance were wide open, when it should be warm.
