Comment: The hotel was brilliant. The staff were absolutely excellent. Really really helpful, friendly, efficient. location was slightly out of town, but walkable in 20 minutes, and staff gave us great information about the bus service which was regular, clean and easy to use. Any 8 into town and the 8 Seriate back to the hotel - simple! We really, really enjoyed our stay. It was perfect. Apart from no tea or coffee facilities in the room, but a tiny sacrifice for a fantastic hotel!!! Would absolutely 1000% stay here again if returning to Bergamo. Thanks, Phil

Comment: comfortable accommodation/ farther from town than expected however good bus service from outside hotel to town. Hotel staff very pleasant /helpful

Comment: Wi-Fi is VERY VERY VERY expensive !!! This should really be reduced, it would be the only resonfor me to change Hotel as I usually need it all day long.
