A bus-stop directly opposite the hotel has busses that run approximately every 30 minutes to Venice (the journey takes about 15-20 minutes) so this is very convenient. The staff are both helpful and competent. The hotel provides broadband internet for a fee. Free parking is available in the hotel grounds. Adequate cold buffet breakfast is served every morning. However, we had problems wit h some of the services which did not function properly, and the concierge was very rude and unhelpful, it was a frustrating experience.
