Comment: Hotel was built about 20 years ago and almost everything is original, so something would need a renovation. Junior suite is spacious and comfortable. Royal service includes free internet, mineral water, juice and very good selection of meals through the day, it is even sufficient for light lunch or dinner. Restaurant La Isabelica is excellent - both service and meals, langosta costs only 24 CUC. Highly recommendable. Hotel is located about 2 km from the historical centre but taxi costs only 2 CUC.

Comment: I would only recommend to a friend as there are no other decent hotels in Santiago. The service was very poor in the bar for snacks. The swimming pool was closed for rework but all the time we were there no actual took place!

Comment: The hotel charges you 11% additional if you use a credit card and I think this is excessive.
