Comment: A very good hotel, one of the best in Cuba. The weather was terrible!!!

Comment: The service was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Happened to be there when Cuba was hit by hurricane Paloma. All staff were very professional in dealing with this. Food was good. Hotel was safe.

Comment: The food is awful. Everyday the same old choices. All-inclusive in their dreams. No Sparkling water, No Lemons or Limes. Everyday the same choices. They should have night shows every night, but instead they pick some people from the audience to play with...no good. Lots of mosquitoes.
