Comment: The carpet was dirty and the wifi was terrible and not available most of the time unless you were in the lobby. We also had a shower leak that sent water into our sleeping area in puddles that I pointed out to management when checking out. I identified the problem the last day and then saw rotten wood and mold telling me that this had been a long standing problem.

Comment: Bathroom in one of three rooms was filthy AND had the "just cleaned" swath of tape across the toilet. Clearly a lie. Blankets in all rooms looked dirty, as did the towels. Only spent 10 hours there. Lobby is deceivingly nice. 3 beds CRAMMED into a double, without our asking for it. Rude hotel clerk with exception of mgr (Yota) in the am. Had to fight to get some $$ back. DO NOT STAY HERE>

Comment: Everything was fine, good location only a few minutes from the acropolis and acropolis museum - a must see. There was a power cut on the first day of our stay, that was okay but the second day (our check out) there was another power cut. The notices around stated a cut from 8.00 a m. We got up early to move our bags down to reception but found the lifts had been closed off when we went to move at 7.45, consequently we had to carry our bags down the stairs four floors. I think given that we were checking out that day (we had been requested to pay the night before check out to ensure payment) the courteous thng would be to ask customers if they needed assistance.

Comment: You offered breakfast at 4:00AM which was nice, but there really was nothing there except coffee and some stale bread. I guess that's better than nothing, but it would be better just to not offer if you're not going to deliver.

Comment: Dissapointed to see staff smoking in the hotel, excelent size rooms, fantastic location, great value for money. Would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Athens.

Comment: The hotel location was fantastic and the room was quite nice. Our only complaint is that the air conditioning was not working very well. It never got very cool in our room. It was not so hot as to be unbearable, but it was not too comfortable. They also have the rooms set up so that the A/C turns off when you take your key out of the electricity slot. I left a credit card in the slot all afternoon one day to see if that would help keep the room cool, but it did not. I had two other friends in other rooms in the hotel, and one of the two had the same problem. The other friend had good A/C. Until they fix the problem, staying there in the heat of the summer is problematic.

Comment: dans le centre historique d'athenes, mais au calme.Personnels très serviables, ils nous ont même préparé un gateau d'anniversaire pour notre fille qui fêtait ses11 ans!

Comment: Location is paramount! Within steps of the acropolis and the museum. Not to mention close to cafes, shopping, public transportation. Reasonable rates and easy to get to most places by walking!

Comment: They went out of their way to walk several blocks back to my car, to help me through the maze of one way streets and park it at the hotel in the middle of the night. Service was like this consistently. The hotel was superb, great value for the money, outstanding breakfast, and in a fantastic location a stone's throw from the New Parthenon Museum - and yet managed to be in a quiet residential neighborhood.

Comment: I a normally critical person, I am pleased to say that we (me, my wife and son) really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and they made our stay a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again.

Comment: The location was perfect. Just on the edge of the plaka and 1 1/2 blocks from the Acropolis. Unfortunately the beds were not real comfortable. Quality of mattresses could be better.

Comment: I would highly recommend the Airotel Parthanon to anyone. The staff was excellent. More than willing to help with any and everything. The breakfast was fabulous, the best we had in Greece. No matter what was needed, it was taken care of with a smile.

Comment: consigliabile a chi vuole girare Atene a piedi. nel raggio di un km c'e' tutta l'Atene storica, gastronomica e commerciale. L'albergo e' ottimo e c'e' anche chi parla italiano. Le stanze sono enormi e vi sono alcuni servizi non presenti in 4 stelle italiani. internet wireless gratis.
