Comment: My stay at this hotel was great. It was my 1st visit to Batam and im not disappointed at all. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. My whole family felt very welcomed and safe staying in the hotel, the hotel driver drove us around at a cheaper rate as cmpared to the taxi outside. Room was clean and well- kept. The only complain was the towel smelled so much of bleach that i turns me off using it. the breakfast food choices can be improved more but it' still ok - variety and tasty. I would definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.
