Comment: I quite liked the hotel, it was the quiet refuge that I needed. Location was ideal. I had room service for breakfast, I appreciated having that option.

Comment: Only negative (and a major one): Very poor internet connection. Wireless did not reach our room; had to go to public space to use. And system was out for two of the four days we were there. If you have no need for internet access, I would strongly recommend this hotel as it was superior in all other respects.

Comment: As you can see from our rating, we loved the staff and everything about your hotel but sadly can't recommend it. A non-smoking room designation is really important to non-smokers when making a reservation. Our booked apartment had a "No Smoking" sign on the door but it was obvious that there had been heavy smokers staying there. Three days and nights of keeping all of our windows open could not get rid of the smell, but did get us lots of mosquito bites and sleep interruptions.

Comment: Having a bicycle to explore the city was a treat-could see so much more in a short time. Also,when I asked directions to the nearest internet cafe, the clerk ( who spoke perfect English) brought me upstairs to a computer off the breakfast room, set me up with a password, and I had unlimited free computer access- what a surprise bonus, after having to pay 15 euros at a Hotel near Malpensa! I highly recommend this hotel!!
