Comment: found reception staff very helpful. Bar staff not great,we found security staff at night not suitable for bar, did not make for a relaxing night in. We upgraded so we were very happy withe accommodation and the cost.

Comment: Let people take there own food during the buffé at night, because it felt like you were back in school. Try also to do something about the doors because you couldn't shut them quietly, which woke us up many nights. In additional, get rid of the carpets around the pool, they were very nasty. And descale the taps of the showers, because it was very nasty to touch. But the workers gave you a very good service and they deserve credit for that.
