Price and shuttle bus convenience are fine but lack of maintenance and poor cleaning standards mean next time we will use Pan Pacific for KLIA overnighting. That is the outstanding efforts by staff to ensure that my stay was as good as could be. The staff went all out to ensure my needs as a customer were looked after and I cannot commend them enough for doing this. Unfortunately the room has a few let downs... the shower head was broken and came easily off and the toilet leaked water. One thing that disappointed me was when I arrived in the hotel at around 1:00am there was no bellman at the door. There was an employee who arrived jst before I got it. I had a big suitcase, a medium one plus a laptop behind me. The bellman did not offer to help. He just looked at me. I was too tired to complaint and said nothing. I expected more as it was a Concorde. Even if it was an inn and not a full-service hotel in category I think the quality of service should not be less than any other hotel category. |
