Comment: The light bulb of room 1405 failed on different time. First, the toilet bulb was flickering with disturbing noise upon check in, it was changed after notifying the front desk. After that on the 1st and 2nd night, both bedside lamp also failed followed by the standing lamp. So total 4 light bulb was faulty and being replaced, it shows that maintenance work hasn't been carry out regularly.

Comment: Overall the hotel is excellent except that its does not have the wshing pipe hose at the toilet bowl for the muslims. ther than that it was excellent. I hope it can be installed in the room. Thank you

Comment: concord has maintained their reputation for being the best run malaysian own hotel management. i'm bias but it's true.

Comment: If only the lobby area had been a designated NON smoking area..would hv been an excellent welcome. Otherwise, a very good hotel...with wonderful breakfast.

Comment: I requested for a non-smoking room in my online application but when I entered the room there is a stale cigaratte smell in the air which lasted for the 2 days my friend stayed there. I think the hotel should do something about the stale smell.
