Comment: The cleanliness of room need to be improved.ex:1.The outlet of air conditioner has a lot of dust.It seems that has not been cleaned for a long time.2.The quilt is not very clean.We experienced itches after sleeping.

Comment: My 'no smoking room' was a fog of tobacco smoke seeping under the door of an ajoining room....also supposedly 'non smoking' on a 'non smoking floor!' Badly in need of a bathroom update.

Comment: The bellboy was excellent, he was always extremely helpful and was able to sort out any queries. and book tours. However, we found your dining room lacked any type of character, the decoration was bland and plain. it felt as if you were eating in an office. The food was very good but the price of beer was extortionate and for that reason we chose to eat elsewhere. To charge for an extra tea-bag in the bedroom was not what you epect from your class of hotel - it was mean. The "office" was very poor, the printer did not work properly and it was impossible to get on-line, it is wrong to advertise it as a business centre.

Comment: My second stay at HV. Glad I requested a river view room. Good to see the note about option to minimise laundry use. ie. towels, linen washed alternate days only. Good environmental practice! Very accommodating front desk staff. Early check-in was very helpful.

Comment: the staff listen to our request and can accomodate us with our need. It was excellent since The hotel mgmt was able torecommend Hj saleh as a tourist guide. Please improve the toilet facilities with water hose for the Muslims to clean themselves after going to the rest room
