Comment: We requested to check in earlier than 3.00pm as we recheach the hotel before 11.00am. The staff told us to go for lunch and return about 1.00pm. We did. When we came back to the hotel, we got to check in then. This shown that the staff were helpfull and accommodative.

Comment: Very grand hotel lobby but the efforts were not put into the rooms! Try avoid rooms on 1st floor above the hotel disco, can hear music all night!

Comment: We were a little let down by the quality of the room after seeing the promising modern and fresh looking appearance of the entrance of the hotel. Our room was dated and in urgent need of painting, there were iron burns on the carpet, the wooden furniture was scruffy looking and the varnish in places had worn off. The air con unit grill had come loose and looked as though it was about to fall out of the wall. The bathroom was in desperate need of being replaced. The grout was black, the enamel had been chipped off the bottom of the bath, there were stains in the bath and although it had been cleaned it still looked dirty. The marble sink was cracked, the shower curtain was stained and old. The staff did not make you feel like a valued customer and were in need of some customer service training. The hotel was on the beach but there was a lot of debris washed up on the shore which did not make it appealing to sit or take a walk along it.
