Comment: The hotel maintenance needs to bee looked at seriously. The second day there was a big pool of water outside my room and it was not attended to unti I pointed to a cleaner. He the di it. The towels looks not of satisfactory standard.

Comment: it's time to upgrade the condition of the air conditioning and the toilet basin. The sewerage system is bad for a 4 star hotel . I heard there are complaints abt the sewerage system of the bathroom in other room as well. With the price they are charging for RM200 over per nite with this kind of room and air condition blower is noisy. It's definitely not worth for that amount. Breakfast do not have much option. Variety very less. Lower than my expectation.

Comment: As an servicing oriented business, hospitality is upmost important. This is lacking at corus hotel. Secondly, the natural sea side is dirty, the most impact to the hotel image.
