Comment: Some days the room was cleaned to a higher standard than others. No big deal. All in all I enjoyed my stay and the staff were wonderful.

Comment: the room air-condition is very very noisy, should replace with a new set as i can see it has with a poor maintenance, it makes me can't sleep the whole night, torturing trip!

Comment: My family and I had nice time on our stay. The staff were businesslike but very accomodating specially Mr Melvin who gave us an extra bed for my kid for free. This maintenance guy also helped us open our luggage locks whose keys got lost. The buffet had good variety and the staff friendly except for 1 waiter (the shortest in height and probably the most bored of his job) didnt smile during our entire stay of 5 days. The kids also enjoyed the infinity pool that overlooks the KL and Petronas Towers. Ovearall, this is an excellent value hotel.
