Comment: Towels may be due for replacement and standard daily placement in room can be improved, general condition of rooms need more maintenance otherewise service are good and friendly and helpful, good place to stay

Comment: the staff (DIANA) is not honest, coz she keep the deposit by herself and doesn't give it back to me at early morning when i check out (5:30am). At that time we still stay in the lobby about 10 minutes but she have no action to give me back the deposit. I only found it out at the airport by myself. Finally i send the email to the hotel and they reply "yes. we keep it" unreasonable and i need to get back to the hotel to take it. I won't stay there again.

Comment: good location- great shower with a lot of hot water and pressure and better than mine at home. Very noisy. Whole 8th floor smells like tobcco smoke as did the room and I am a non-smoker.

Comment: I'm staying in room 1045 and the room need basically need to do some maintenance such as: 1. The lock for the toilet is missing. 2. A bulb in the toilet is not functioning. 3. No floor mat provided. (it will make the floor wet after shower 4. No Daily Newspaper as stated in the Room Features. 5. Water hole (drain) in the walk-in shower was spoiled. 6. The divider between walk-in shower area and toilet area is very sharp (it will be very dangerous is people accidently fall down). 7. The towel holder in the toilet is broken. 4.

Comment: Nuestra habitación estaba remodelada pero los acabados eran pésimos. En la bañera, toda la silicona de las juntas estaba negra del contacto con el agua!!! Esto hacía muy feo.

Comment: We have to make several calls (4 X) before the housekeeping provides us the toothbrush and iron. The breakfast can be improved further with more variety especially for the porridge.

Comment: The towels were not replaced and when I called the housekeeping for towels, they sent only one.. and it took such a long time. I request for a hair dryer and they sent me a spoilt one. then i called them up to change for another one, i waited for a long long time. I got very frustrated as I'm in a rush to go out. Moreover, when the housekeeping came in to make up the room, the toilet was not clean at all. I would definitely not want to stay there again.

Comment: Two o'clock in the morning there was a electricity blackout and the generator, which is located on top of our cieling, started to roar. I thought that there was a plane crash on the roof. Complete darkness and no flash light. In the corridor there was emergency light but nobody in sight. Managed to call the front with the light from my cellphone. Had to shiver with fear in darkness for 40min. Should consider sound insulation. At least should not let the room directly under the generator.

Comment: Towels were not available when we arrived the room and had to remind them twice. Suggest that the housekeeping staff check these before new occupants enter. The safe could not be open till we inform reception. Overall everything is good. Hotel staff should ensure that the cab that they have waiting at the taxi bay knows the city well and not trying to earn a fast buck and say they know where the place is and turned out to be otherwise.

Comment: I enjoyed staying here but service can be improved. No towels given when checked in. Requested from housekeeping but delayed due to laundry not ready. Overall still satisfactory.

Comment: Very limited selection at breakfast. Only 1 type of cereal (honey stars) and left exposed in 2 big bowls. Should provide cereal in small boxes to ensure freshness.
