Comment: The room is value for money ( online rate). the room is spacious. Checkin & checkout was fast. Superb view! But breakfast was poor.

Comment: The condition of the hotel was very bad. Restaurants and lobby were infested with houseflies. Hotel management should consider installing an electric insect killer, rather lighting up the whole restaurant with lemon grass incense and manually waving the electric swat stick when attending to guest. Cleanliness of the room was disappointing, algae were clearly seen growing on bathroom tiles and noise from the air-con compressor was unbearable. However, credits should still be given to the front office staff on their friendly gestures along with speedy response in checking in/out. Kudos to the house-keeping team for religiously tidying the room and replenish the basic toiletries.

Comment: Slow response to room service eg requesting for an iron, etc.but calling right on time at 12.00pm requesting customer to check out and calling in to remind every 1/2 hour. Food for breakfast should be checked and topped up as more people coming in to eat.

Comment: Each room should have an iron & iron board that's easy for customers to use it when needed. This is because hotel's management just required the iron for 2 hours only to the customers.

Comment: The morning crew receptionists are not helping at all. They are rude in manner of handling the telephone calls from room guest. Really disappointed.

Comment: staffs very efficient and courteous. Fast response from housekeeping. Especially commenting the security officer on duty on the morning of 9th Aug, He came to our help when our car store. He took upon hiself to call for the mechanic who arrived in mins. Excellent service and well done! In my panic I did not take down his name but know that he is from JB. Thank you Mr good Samaritian. Your hotel should be proud to have you among the other very good attitude staffs. Clearly your hotel stands up to be 5 or 6 stars! We will surely come back again.

Comment: we checked in late and was given an upgrade, that was a good welcome, pls have clear signage on hotel location, as it was a bit difficult to find housekeeping to be diligent, as we encounter toilet flush system not functioning

Comment: We had a wonderful stay and one of the reception staff upgrade us to the sea view water chalet room which is much nicer than the others. The room was fantastic and the sky roof in the bathroom is icing on the cake, we love it so much. However there is only one small thing or else it will be the perfect holiday for us. The queue for the morning breakfast was too long and we were asked to go to 1st floor ball room to have our breakfast, the selection was poor and we noticed that the ground floor breakfast offer more choice. There aren't many small table in the ball room and we have to share the table with other guest which become less privacy. i expect a hotel of level would have provide better facility and preparation during peak period.
