Comment: Buena localización para ir andando a Al Corniche, Museo Arte Islámico, Zoco Waqif, ... Habitación enorme y un excelente desayuno. Buena relación calidad - precio.

Comment: When we arrived at the airport there was no one to collect us, despite having reserved the business traveller package which included airport transfers and breakfast. After calling the hotel (organised by another hotel's representative), a taxi was sent to us. When we checked in, there was no paperwork to confirm our package, so I had to show them a copy of mine. Only then did they find it. The reception staff were friendly and supportive, but it's unfortunate that we had to take the action we did.

Comment: Gute zentrale Lage, sehr höfliche und zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter sowie dezenter Service. Frühstücksbufett abwechslungsreich und geschmacklich sehr gut. die möbel sind teilweise verwohnt und musse verbessert werden.

Comment: We did not inform ourselves correctly and thought that there was a pickup at the airport (like the well known hotels do). After waiting and calling the hotel, we decided to take a cab. Our room was huge. The porter noticed the absence of water bottles, but did not take action. The room was lacking maintenance so far - definitely room for improvement. The girl serving us in the bar was not very friendly and refused to clean the table with the mess of the previous visitors was still. So, no tip! Or do we need to tip before getting the appropriate service? We wanted to arrange an excursion and had to wait till the girl at the recption had finally finished her private call. This does not feel OK. We've ordered the limousine-service to the airport at 06.30. After 20 minutes (and a lot of discussion) we could leave the hotel. I think, we just had bad luck, but we'll pick an other hotel if we plan a next stay in Doha.

Comment: The carpet on the room was not very clean. The floor on the bathroom was sticky. My socks ended up all dirty. Providing complimentary slippers to customers wouldn't be a bad idea.

Comment: This hotel is fantastic! It is surely value for money. Hot water, constant powerful showers, really wonderful, walking distance to many shops and the Islamic Art museum is within walking distance .

Comment: Had a lovely room overlooking the corniche. Room was large, comfortable and well finished. Really enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely return on my next trip to Doha.

Comment: Several teething problems but can be sorted out. Bacon too brittle, rice too dry at the edge, arabic breakfast can taste better. All staff very warm and friendly and that easily cancels any teething problems. The Gm Michel Sursock is one friendly guy who comes up to greet any guests. Keep up the positive energy you have and we like the way you attend to your staff. Best regards. Sorry but construction quality is very poor for such a high standard hotel. Comment: I have stayed in 5 star hotels that couldnt match this hotel for cleanliness, room size and customer service. The staff were faultless. The area was rundown but once inside the hotel, you forget that. Good internet and parking. My compliments to the management on an excellently run hotel.
