Comment: This hotel is a little bit old but very elegant. If you choose twin room you can use two rooms: one with sofa and TV and one with two beds and shower. Furthermore, every clerks were very friendly and helpful.

Comment: The staff at Landis has been the most accomdating and professional. Their service attitude has been one of the best so far in the many hotels i have stayed. I wish to thank the Landis mgt for possibly recruiting outstanding staff in their own respective field. Courteous, proficient and inclination towards customer's satisfaction truly makes them one of the "leading hotels of the world". Congratualations!

Comment: Please provide firm pillows. The current pillows are too soft. The breakfast is nice, but would prefer more tropical fruit like papaya and guava. The fitness center is very good. Expected the spa to look more inviting, though. Looked quite industrial.
