Comment: L'isolation vis-à-vis des autres chambres est bonne, mais celle des fenêtres est mauvaise ( anciennes fenêtres, sans double vitrage ). Mais l'hôtel est situé au coeur de Londres, donc du bruit, c'est normal !

Comment: This hotel is well located, situated within minutes of oxford street. The hotel is modernly decorated and very confortable. The first room we had for the first night was a little small and was situated on a busy road which was on the go all night-road works and road being cleaned, so we did not get a wink of sleep that night. But the following morning I asked to be moved and the staff could not of been nicer and more helpful about it and moved us to a much quieter area of hotel and the room was bigger. We would definitely go back to this hotel and have recommended it to friends who intend to visit london in the coming weeks. The only thing was that food wasnt included but we knew that when booking

Comment: Hôtel très propre, situé à 5 mn d'OXFORD STREET. Séjour très agréable, service très correct. Seul soucis rencontré : je n'ai pas réussi à me connecter à Internet de la semaine, malgré 2 demandes à la réception. Dommageable...

Comment: Très bon hotel, bien situé quand on veut faire du shopping sur Oxford street! Les chambres sont propres, l'accueil est sympathique. Ce n'était d'ailleurs pas la première fois que j'y allais mais déjà la quatrième et j'y retournerai encore!

Comment: The room was unrefurbished and looked out on to a very busy road. The double glazing was ineffective as the windows where poorly fitted with gaps at the edges, so the sound insulation was null and void.

Comment: Excellent location, a little disappointed with breakfast selection. Windows not very sound proof - old type windows. However, I would go back and staff were very helpful and friendly.
