Comment: Enjoyed a wonderful stay at The Grand. An excellent location and fantastic staff. I was made to feel very welcome and was upgraded to an Executive Room with sea view. Staff go out of their way to help and each member of staff I had contact with knew my name which was amazing. Excellent hotel to be recommended.
