Comment: Don't have room 202, looks out onto a scruffy back yard. Noisey as you could hear movement and doors slamming all night. Didn't receive breakfast menu, others on other tables did. As the hotel wasn't full it would have been nice to have stayed in a better room and we may have chosen to stay there again in the future.

Comment: The hotel was lovely , the only little thing is it stated on delux room you get free water in your room, we had a small bottle which was open and half full . But we never mentioned it to anyone , we just bought our own. Thank you for a great stay

Comment: it was just sterile, and not worth £150 per night, it had a seaview if you were a giraffe. unfreindly staff, just a con really. we stayed at the uni the fotst nite which was on the seafront with breakfast £59 for 2. i felt as if i had been ripped off would never recommend or stay there again. gutted

Comment: I will definitely be returning to the New Steine Hotel. Me and my friends all thought that the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and the breakfast was delicious. The location is also central. What more could you ask for!

Comment: I was very impressed with every aspect of the hotel. The management and staff were welcoming, friendly and courteous at all times. I would certainly visit the hotel again and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

Comment: enjoyed my stay at this hotel very helpful staff, room size very good , i had double for single occupancy, plenty of room for two, despite what some reviews have said. cant wait to return.

Comment: The check in desk also served as a bar which made the whole process very noisy and chaotic. The bed linen was dirty upon arrival. Cleanliness of room was substandard. Bathroom was tiny and the door did not open fully because the bed was in the way.

Comment: We were in ground floor room at front and there was a lot of noise from doors slamming late into the evening. Door of room was a poor fit in the frame which added to problem. Toiletries were not replenished, we had to ask for more. There is a street light outside the room which is on all night, the window blinds do not block out this light.

Comment: Seule la salle de bain était un peu exigue , sinon la chambre était très confortable et bien chauffée . Restaurant de qualité. TB petit déjeuner Tout le personnel était très agréable . Excellent moment .Nous retiendrons cette adresse .

Comment: very good hotel, i was most impressed at the customer service from the staff who were always available and extremely helpful. only problem i occured was the slamming of the front door which was just below our room.
