Comment: The staff are brilliant cannot fault them at all, we were made to feel very welcome, especially by the gentleman who greeted us at the door, he is a huge asset to the hotel. Our only disappointment was the honesty bar, as you have to serve yourself it seemed to put a lot of people off, they was no atmosphere, we ended up going out to the local bar.
