Comment: Swiss-Belhotel Golden Sand Resort was a delight. Unfortunately we couldn't make as much use of the pool as we would have liked due to the weather however all facilities and hotel staff were fantastic and very accommodating. They also did a great job for our friends wedding. Thank you very much, we will definitely be back when we visit Hoi An next time.

Comment: Air conditioning was not working in our first room. It took the hotel almost 24 hours to move us, so our first night was very uncomfortable. Most of the reception staff seemed unable/unwilling to help us resolve the matter. Hua was very helpful & continued to offer her assistance to our family during our stay.

Comment: The pool was closed, there was no wifi as advertised, I had to be moved to another room as I was on the road at the back of the resort where it was noisy and dark.
